PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As your business grows, so will your projects – and the work/team required to bring those projects from the brainstorming phase to successful launch. I help business owners manage all the nitty gritty details that need to align to keep a project moving forward, from the big picture to individual tasks and coordinating with team members.

COMMUNICATION

I get it. Communicating with your team, with clients, with that company you invoiced six months ago and never heard from again takes a lot of brain space and time. Let me handle it for you! I’ll work side-by-side with you to answer everything from easy questions to tough followups. The goal is to clear as many extraneous notifications as possible from your roster – while still keeping you in the loop on key communication.

SYSTEM CREATION + MAINTENANCE

If you’re a big picture person, the words “system” or “process” may make your eyes glaze over. But here’s the thing: A process is simply pre-making a hundred small decisions one time. This means that you (and your team) don’t have to waste any time or mental energy figuring out recurring tasks. Let’s liberate your time with some simple processes!

1. – Jump start your project

So you have an idea for a new thing (podcast, service, course) to launch into the world. It’s a great idea, and you know there’s a need for it in the marketplace – but when you think about the million steps needed to put this new project out into the world, overwhelm takes over. That’s where I come in. While I can’t create your base content for you, I can work with you to take your project from the brainstorming phase to finished + promoted product.

This is for the busy entrepreneur who needs help with logistics for the long haul. Basically, I make it my goal to take everything possible off of your to-do list (all of those small tasks that pile up and make it impossible to make progress on big picture work) and add it my plate.

Hey! My name’s Megan. I’m an old soul, a traveler, a chronic museum-wanderer, and my friend group’s universal right hand gal. I’m also a slowly recovering Coca-Cola enthusiast – since I’m based out of North Carolina, my new vice is sweet tea. As long as I’m learning something new, I’m a happy camper.
