During the project, you’ll receive weekly reports on progress every Friday, so you know exactly how I’m spending my times and where any bottlenecks are. You’ll also have quick access to me via text and email.

Hi, I’m Megan. I’m a jack of all trades (master of some) based in the East Coast. My interests are varied, but I would say one of my superpowers is taking a project from the brainstorming phase to finished product. Another strength is building out processes for a sustainable long haul. I have a soft spot for making specialized information accessible to new audiences, and I have a knack for keeping both the big picture and nitty gritty details in focus.

FAQs

Q: How long is this process?

A: Depends on your project! But I’d allow for about three months so I have the ability to figure out you/your team’s workflow, and how I can best set you all up for success – much less the work it takes to create a successful launch!

Q: What if I’m not very far into my project?

A: Great! I’d love to help you iron out your idea, and build the project from rough concept to polished execution.

Q: What if I’m already deep into my project?

A: This is totally fine. I’d say about half of my clients come to me once they’re already deep in the weeds and need someone to help them find their way out. I’ll take our first week together to get a sense of where you are currently, and I’ll take it from there!

Q: What’s your background?

A: I’m a jack of all trades; I’ve worked as a photographer, an event coordinator, a social media manager, a freelance writer, an operations manager, and many other things.
