JUMP START YOUR PROJECT

So you have an idea for a new thing (product, service, course) to launch into the world. It’s a great idea, and you know there’s a need for it in the marketplace – but when you think about the million steps needed to put this new project out into the world, overwhelm takes over.

That’s where I come in. While I can’t create your base content or product for you, I can work with you to take your project from the brainstorming phase to finished + promoted product.

If you’re working on something like an online course that requires ongoing maintenance, I can work with you to establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), so your existing team can keep things running.

This allows you to bring in some extra help to get a project across the finish line without hiring an ongoing team member.

• Weekly 20 minute meetings to update on progress, address questions, and chart the way forward

• Hours of work to meet your goals, help delegating to your team where appropriate or necessary
• SOPs, both written and in video, so you and your team can keep things running smoothly after I head off.

This is for the busy entrepreneur who needs help with logistics for the long haul.

Basically, I make it my goal to take everything possible off of your to-do list (all of those small tasks that pile up and make it impossible to make progress on big picture work) and add it my plate.

I’ve got a broad skill and knowledge base (communications, graphic design, website design, team management, event planning, research…how to farm oysters), so if/when you have the kitchen sink thrown at you, I can help you chart a path forward and make it happen.

One of the huge advantages about a longterm partnership is that I’ll get to know both you and your business well, which means I’ll be able to do more and more self-guided work on your behalf – and I’ll be able to help you manage your team of contractors without asking too many questions.
